日本にいるとほぼ食べる機会はないけど、ここでは日常の食生活に北京ダックが入り込んでます。
レストランだけでなく、デリバリーでも頼むことができます。甜面酱もちゃんとついてくるし、子供もお気に入りです。
外で食べる時のおすすめは皮に砂糖を付ける食べ方。口の中でとろけます。この写真の部分です。
こちらは甜面酱をつけ、きゅうりなども入れて巻いて食べる時のお肉。
目の前で切ってくれるのも良いですね。
ちなみに切り終わった後の骨つきダックを持ち帰ることもできます。もしくはレストランにて揚げダックを作ってもらったり、ダックスープにしてもらうことも可能です。
北京を離れるとこれが恋しくなるかもしれない。
How many Beijing ducks have I eaten so far? Every time business travelers or friends come to Beijing, I eat Beijing Duck with them. Beijing duck is already inside my daily life. You can even order it on delivery.
My recommended style of eating is to put sugar onto peel part. It melt in your mouth.
Of course you can also eat it by putting Tianmianjiang and roll it with cucumber.
Usually at a restaurant, they cut the duck in front of you. This is the chance for you to take pictures.
You can bring back Ducks bone. There are some meat with bones. Also you have options to make it into deep fried one or soup.
I will moss the duck when I leave here.
